Daria has joined the company in 2016, starting as Category 2 geologist she has demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, competence and presentation skills. This unique set of skills, supplemented by her active creative involvement in the company's life, led to her establishing and managing the documentation quality control department.
Since 2025 her professional focus shifted to public communications and company reputation. Daria became Head of PR, where she is now responsible for shaping a unified brand image and message, as well as strengthening brand reputation.

Dmitry joined RAM in January 2023 as a structural engineer in the construction engineering department. His hard work, diligence and desire to learn and develop helped him to be promoted to Lead Structural Engineer.
Dmitry completes tasks to a high standard and on time, he also takes on mentoring responsibilities. He combines his work at RAM with postgraduate study at Moscow State University of Civil Engineering in the field of structural mechanics.

Mikhail joined our team in 2021 as Chief Structural Engineer. His responsible attitude and desire to develop his own skills and the company resulted in his promotion to Deputy Head of Construction Engineering Department.
Mikhail completes all assigned tasks and mentors colleagues. He fosters positive team atmosphere and creative, productive work.

Dmitry joined GeoSolutions as a geologist in March 2017 and has demonstrated diligence and responsibility. His management skills ensure that projects are completed seamlessly and on time. Over the past seven years he has been promoted to Deputy Chief Geologist, became an external GKZ expert and is an AIG member.
He specialises in preparing TEO Konditsii reports and reserve estimation using block models, as well as on data reviews and litho-structural modelling.

Dmitry joined the company as Lead Process Engineer in 2019. His exceptional ability to learn and optimise his work processes enables him to solve highly complex problems.
As the company grew, Dmitry was promoted to Deputy Chief Process Engineer of the Research and Development Department and is actively involved in developing TEO reports along with international reporting documents, exploration programmes and process flowsheets.
He is an external GKZ expert.

Dmitry joined ID Engineers in April 2021 as Chief Specialist in the Process Design Department. He was involved in development of several projects that successfully passed expert reviews.
In June 2023, his diligence and systematic approach to his work earned Dmitry a promotion to Chief Project Engineer. He managed preparation of detailed engineering documentation, which is now used for construction and commissioning of the project.
His commitment to business, ability to manage large teams and passion for his profession earned him the role of Chief Project Engineers Department Head in September 2025 now with managing a team of ten employees.

Yes, our field geologists and technicians work on a rotational basis in different regions of Russia.
We provide employees with accommodation on site, cover travel expenses from their place of residence in Russia to the workplace and back, reimburse medical checkup costs, as well as meals and work clothing. Rotation duration is agreed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the site.
