In 2024 he completed an MBA programme at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management.

Egor has over 10 years of experience in the mining industry.
Egor worked as a Project Manager at Kamchatka Gold PJSC (part of Renova Group) from 2013 to 2014, where he was responsible for procuring processing equipment and completing the construction of the Ametistovoye Mine processing plant. He also managed and supervised preparation of design and engineering documentation.
Egor participated in founding GeoSolutions. Since 2014 he has been the CEO of Rock And Mill, geological and mining consulting services and engineering group of companies that provides services to the mining sector.

Work experience
Joined the company in 2017. Chingiz has broad expertise in evaluation and exploration projects for gold, platinum, palladium, rare metals and diamonds. Projects he managed include more than 1,000 tons of hardrock gold with a total mine life of over 200 years.
He grew from an Assistant Business Development Manager at GeoSolutions to a top manager at RAM Group.

Alena has over 10 years of experience in the mining industry.
Between 2013 and 2018 she worked as an Engineer in GKZ Metals Department being responsible for organising state expert reviews of solid mineral reserve estimates, including preparation of state expert review conclusions and advising on reserves estimation. She also participated in research work related to her field of expertise.
In 2019 Alena joined GeoSolutions as Project Manager and progressed to Chief Project Officer at Rock And Mill Group.

Work experience
Mariia has 20 years of experience in the mining industry.
Between 2005 and 2016 she worked as a research officer in the geological and economic assessment department of VIMS. She participated in preparation of technical and economic proposals for development of deposits, justification of exploration parameters, mineralogical and metallurgical mapping of rare metals, iron, uranium, nickel, and gold deposits.
In 2017 she joined GeoSolutions as a Modelling Geologist and has been the head of the Multidisciplinary Project Evaluation Department at Rock And Mill since 2020.
Mariia is an external GKZ expert, AIG member (No. 8440) and a member of the working group developing guidelines for expert review of solid minerals reserve estimates.

Kirill has over 14 years of experience in the mining industry.
In 2009-2015 he worked as the head of the procurement department at Kamchatka Gold PJSC (part of Renova Group), where he was responsible for the procurement of all equipment for the constructed Ametistovoye Mine processing plant. He was involved in the Ametistovoye project from submission of design documentation for review to Glavgosexpertiza all the way through to the start-up of the operations.
In 2016 Kirill created a Geological Exploration Department at GeoSolutions, which currently provides clients a full range of geological exploration services at prospecting, evaluation and exploration stages. The department has several mobile sample preparation units, a fleet of drones, portable XRF analyzers and other high-precision equipment.

Possesses over 30 years of international experience in geology and mining. As a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM) and an expert of the OERN — an organisation recognised by the JORC Committee — he fully complies with the requirements for a Competent Person in the estimation of mineral resources and ore reserves under the JORC Code.
Over his career, Sergey has worked across four continents — Europe, Africa, South America and Asia — providing geological consulting and technical guidance to leading global mining companies. His clients have included: Norilsk Nickel; Polyus; Alrosa; Metalloinvest; Polymetal; Seligdar; Russian Platinum; GV Gold.
Sergey’s expertise covers the full project lifecycle: from designing exploration programmes and quality control to geological modelling, optimisation of open‑pit mining operations and preparation of technical reports at all levels, including: Scoping Studies; Pre‑Feasibility Studies; Feasibility Studies; Competent Person’s Reports (CPR) for public disclosure.
He has led complex resource estimations for a wide range of minerals — gold, copper, iron ore, bauxite, apatite and platinum group metals — under diverse geological conditions: from gold deposits in Eastern Russia to bauxite deposits in West Africa and iron ore projects in Brazil and Liberia.
Sergey is fluent in English and Russian and proficient in professional software tools, including: Surpac; Micromine; Leapfrog; Datamine; Whittle; ArcGIS.
The combination of technical depth, international experience and knowledge of regulatory requirements makes him a reliable consultant for projects requiring the highest standards of geological integrity.

He has over 18 years of experience in various aspects of underground mining, selection and justification of mining methods, access options, mine planning and operational management, strategic planning and evaluation of mining operations, selection of mining equipment, estimation of mining capital and operating costs, approval and support of mining projects during state expert reviews.
Vladimir worked in such major companies as Giprotsvetmet, Daltsvetmet, TOMS Engineering, and SRK Consulting (Russia) Ltd. He has been the Chief Technical Officer at Rock And Mill Group since 2019.
Vladimir is an external GKZ expert, Member of OERN and AusIMM Fellow (No. 325867) from 01.02.2024.

He has been leading the Mining Department at Rock And Mill Group since 2018.
Aleksei is an external GKZ expert, AusIMM Member (No. 3054868) and is on the list of specialists of the National Association of Designers and Surveyors (NOPRIZ).

Work experience
He then worked at the Troitsk GRES (part of OGK-2) for almost 8 years as a lead engineer at electrical test laboratory.
Between 2006 and 2021 Albert worked at Peter Hambro Mining Engineering, where he grew from Category 1 Engineer to the General Director, the period when a number of Petropavlovsk projects were designed and commissioned, including: Pioneer processing plant, Pokrovsky Mine (start-up complex, as well as project phases 1, 2, and 3), Malomyr Mine (start-up complex, project phases 1 and 2), Olekma Mine, Albyn Mine (phases 1 and 2), rotation camp and infrastructure at Kimkano-Sutarsky Operations.
He was responsible for designing, constructing and launching autoclave facility (one of the first in Russia) at Pokrovsky Mine to process flotation gold concentrates from Pioneer and Malomyr deposits.
He was also directly involved in designing flotation concentrate circuits.
Albert has been managing the Industrial Engineering Department at Rock And Mill Group since 2021.

Work experience
He has over 17 years of experience in environmental design, norm-setting, consulting and site investigations for civil and industrial facilities.
Vitalii has worked his way up from Category 1 Engineer to Deputy CEO for Ecology at Rock And Mill Group. He is responsible for managing the department that provides a complete range of environmental design services. He oversees project execution and coordinates documentation approvals in regulatory and supervisory bodies, as well as manages the development and quality improvements of the environmental department.
He is an environmental expert witness, a standing member of the Interregional Association of Expert Witnesses, a member of the Russian Geographical Society and is on the list of specialists of the National Association of Designers and Surveyors (NOPRIZ).

Elizaveta Dobryakova has over 20 years of experience in comprehensive engineering surveys, including for the construction of mining industry facilities.
2005–2022: worked at SHANЭКО, progressing from Team Leader to Deputy General Director for Engineering Surveys. Key projects included:
- work on facilities of the Mining and Processing Plant (MPP) at the Ametistovoye deposit;
- participation in reconstruction projects for the Mnogovershinny mine;
- involvement in the Udokan MPP project (Phase I of construction).
2022–2025: Director for Design and Survey Works at LLC «Institute Transprojectengineering». Under her leadership, more than 50 projects were successfully delivered, including:
- engineering surveys for linear and area facilities;
- engineering surveys for major repairs of industrial facilities (working documentation stage).
Listed in the National Register of Specialists in Engineering Surveys and Architectural‑Construction Design (NOPRIZ).
In 2020, awarded a badge of honour by the National Association of Surveyors and Designers for significant contributions to the development of the industry in the field of architectural design.
